What is Empire Parts return policy?

We understand that sometimes the shoe just doesn’t fit. Bring it back and if we cannot supply the correct part in 7 days, you get a full refund. This excludes engines, electrical components and used items.

All engines carry a start up guarantee. All electrical components cannot be returned once it leaves our premises. All second hand parts must be inspected when leaving the store as returns will not be accepted.

Do you stock all new and old models of vehicle spares?

YES! We keep all parts for ALL Hyundai and Kia models in South Africa.

Can I contact Empire Parts via Whatsapp?

Does Empire Parts fit the parts purchased?

Unfortunately we do not do installations and only supply the parts?

Does Empire Parts deliver?

Yes, we do deliver. Deliveries can be done countrywide via our courier partners.
